Me datën 07.11.2023 është mbajtur trajnimi për antarët e Asamblesë Komunale të Fëmijëve mbi temën “Përfitimet e njohurive rreth udhëheqejes (lidership) dhe zhvillimin e ekipit” me trajneren znj.Derya Brlajolli.
Ne këte trajnim janë realizuar disa metoda, seanca dhe aktivitete zbavitëse të cilat kanë rezultuar në mënyre pozitive tek antarët e Asamblesë.
Gjatë trajnimit, fëmijët dalluan përkufizimet e udhëheqjes dhe punës në ekip duke dhënë shembuj nga jeta praktike. Idetë e fëmijëve u shprehën në harmoni me çështjet e trajnimit.
Nevo Koncepti implemtenton projektin ”Qeverisja e të Drejtave të Fëmijëve” dhe implementohet në partneritet me Save the Children Kosova/o.
On 07.11.2023, the training was held for the members of the Municipal Assembly of children on the topic “Benefits of knowledge about leadership and team development”with the trainer Ms.Derya Brlajolli.
In this training were conducted several methods, sessions and fun activities that have resulted in a positive way to the members of the Assembly.
During the training, the children distinguished definitions of leadership and teamwork by giving examples from practical life. The ideas of the children were expressed in harmony with the issues of training.
Nevo Koncepti implements the project “governance of children’s rights” and is implemented in partnership with Save the Children Kosovo/o.
